Your purchase is protected by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 60 days of your purchase date and we will refund your order in full. No hoops, no hassle.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@yaqeenbooks.com within 60 days of your purchase and include:

  • The name used on the order

  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)

  • The email address used at checkout

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1 business days (Monday-Friday)

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once your refund is approved, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. We refund the full amount you paid, and the merchant of record that processed your original payment (as disclosed at checkout) will process the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive your Handbook in perfect condition. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@yaqeenbooks.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Shipping, Delivery, and Lost Packages

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Because we ship internationally, most orders arrive within 7-15 days, though delivery times can vary by destination and local customs handling.

If your tracking shows no movement, or your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us at info@yaqeenbooks.com and we will help locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Order Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@yaqeenbooks.com. We will do our best to update or cancel your order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it is covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee above.
